Traditionally our industry has been male dominated but in recent years we have sought to create a more diverse workforce and provide career opportunities for women. The number of women working in operational and leadership roles grows annually.

This program combines quality training with the opportunity to work on world class equipment and be mentored by our committed and dedicated tradespeople. We offer opportunities in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
We recruit, train and mentor top graduates from all over Australia bringing skills into the state, and developing business leaders of the future. Our graduates are offered a variety of challenging work with endless opportunities to develop leadership and technical skills.
