Ant has been recognised for his work with our Carbon Bake Furnace Rebuild team and is now regarded across Rio Tinto globally as an expert in this field. RioExperts are technical specialists who have been recognised as experts through the RioExcel programme. The title recognises employee’s knowledge, skills and contributions, while guiding and creating career development opportunities. RioExperts are industry leaders selected by an independent panel of experts and senior leaders, and play key roles in sharing their technical expertise to solve challenges and innovate for the future.
