In September 2022, we joined South George Town Primary at the opening of their project, ‘A Sense of Place’. The project celebrates the school’s vision of including the philosophies and practices of the palawa people of lutrawitta (Tasmania) in the education of their students from Kindergarten to Year 6.
Key features include a Bush Tucker Garden with indigenous edible plants and significant artworks displayed on the exterior of their gym, which were worked on by students. Through collaboration, sponsorship and partnership, we are delighted to be able to support this wonderful program in our local community.
