The outstanding achievements of women in mining and resources have been recognised at the 2023 Women in Resources National Awards held in Canberra on Tuesday 5 September 2023.
As 2023 state winners, BBA’s
Kayla Williams, finalist, Exceptional Woman in Resources Award, Zixuan Wang,
finalist, Exceptional Young Woman in Resources and our ‘Roadmap to a more
equitable, diverse and inclusive workplace’, finalist, Excellence in Diversity
Programs and Performance, represented by Brett Robins attended the awards.
Congratulations to Kayla and
Zixuan for their contribution and remarkable achievements as women working in
our industry and to everyone committed to making our workplace a more diverse,
equitable and inclusive one. Congratulations also go to the winners and Rio
Tinto’s Women in Leadership program for taking out the top gong in Excellence
in Diversity Programs and Performance.
