This time last year Tasmanian high schools dominated the National Finals of Australia’s biggest STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) competition: the F1inSchools STEM Challenge….and this coming week, at the Launceston Convention Centre, they are aiming for back-to-back victories.
Bell Bay Aluminium Community Grants Announced

More than $17,000 will flow to 12 organisations and community projects around the State from Bell Bay Aluminium’s annual community grants and assistance program. The programs provide financial support to not-for-profit and community organisations in Tasmania on an annual basis.

The Bell Bay Manufacturing Precinct Sub-Committee welcomes todays’ announcement by the Tasmanian Government to provide $50,000 to support a pilot program to engage a specialist project officer to drive growth, commercial outcomes and employment opportunities in the largest and most significant industrial precinct in Tasmania.
